How far ahead should I reserve tables and chairs?
For a spring or fall weekend we suggest booking four to six weeks ahead, because most Cedar Valley weddings and reunions land in the same short season. Weekday hires can often be arranged with a few days of notice, and we will always tell you honestly whether your date is still open.
Do you deliver, and how long does a hire stay out?
Yes. Yard runs leave on fixed morning and afternoon windows within Cedar Valley, and weekend kits stay out across the whole event rather than being collected the same evening. Your written window is confirmed with the rest of your kit.
What happens if something is damaged during the event?
Tell us at collection and we will note it plainly. Ordinary wear is expected and built into our pricing, while badly damaged or missing items are charged at replacement cost as set out in our terms. Being upfront helps us keep the inventory clean for the next host.
