1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service set out the rules that govern your use of the website published at boutreadyrentals.buzz and every hire of event equipment from Bout Ready Rentals, LLC. By browsing the site, by sending an enquiry, or by confirming a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read them before you book. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not confirm a reservation and do not use the website. If you are arranging a hire for a group, a household or a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of everyone involved.
These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information, and with any written hire list we issue for your event. Where a written hire list conflicts with these terms, the hire list prevails for that specific hire.
2. About Bout Ready Rentals, LLC
Bout Ready Rentals, LLC is an event equipment rental house operating from 4678 N Millard Ln, Enoch - 84721-7490, United States (US). We hire folding tables, chairs, canopy and tent frames, linen bundles and related yard gear to hosts across Cedar Valley.
Our contact email is lettings@boutreadyrentals.buzz and our telephone number is +16187494577. Our business hours are published on the contact page, and any message left outside those hours is answered on the next working day.
We are a local business serving a defined area. A hire outside our normal delivery radius may be possible, but it must be agreed in writing before the reservation is confirmed, because it affects the haul both ways.
3. Eligibility to Hire
To hire equipment from us you must be at least eighteen years of age and able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate contact details and a venue address where the equipment can be safely delivered and collected.
We may decline a reservation at our discretion, including where the requested equipment is already committed, where the venue presents an unreasonable access or safety risk, or where we have good reason to doubt that the information given is correct.
If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that the organisation authorises you to make the booking and to accept responsibility for the equipment during the hire period.
4. Enquiries, Quotes and Reservations
An enquiry is not a reservation. We treat an enquiry as a request for information and will respond with a proposed kit and a price. A reservation exists only when we confirm it in writing and the required deposit or payment has been received.
Every quote is based on the information you give us, including the event date, the venue, the expected number of guests and the list of equipment. If those details change, the price may change, and we will tell you before the change takes effect rather than after the event.
Quotes remain valid for the period stated in them or, where no period is stated, for fourteen days. After that we may revise the quote to reflect availability and cost. Availability is limited, especially on fall weekends, and we allocate equipment on a first confirmed basis.
5. The Hire Period
The hire period begins when the equipment is delivered to your venue or collected by you, and it ends when the equipment is collected by us or returned to the yard and counted in. The dates and windows in your written hire list define the period for your booking.
Weekend kits are normally delivered on the day of the event and collected on the following weekday, so the equipment remains available to you across the whole event. If you need a longer period, tell us at the time of booking so that we can reserve the stock for the extra days.
If equipment is not returned or made available for collection at the end of the period, the hire continues and further charges may apply at the daily rate, together with any loss of a later booking caused by the delay.
6. Delivery and Pickup
We deliver within our service area on fixed morning and afternoon windows, and we confirm your window in writing when the reservation is finalised. An estimated window is a genuine estimate, not a guarantee, because weather, traffic and an earlier site can shift the schedule.
You must provide safe access to the delivery point, including a clear route for a truck and a level place to set down the load. If access is blocked, unsafe or materially different from what was described, we may be unable to complete the delivery and a further charge may apply.
Unless you have booked setup help, the equipment is set down at the agreed point and it becomes your responsibility from that moment. The driver will walk the count with you or another adult where possible, and a signed or acknowledged count is evidence of the equipment you received.
7. Setup Help and On Site Work
Setup help is an optional service booked per crew member. Where it is booked, our crew will arrange the tables, chairs and canopy to the plan you provide, and will confirm with you when the arrangement is complete.
Our crew works within reasonable safety limits. We will not move heavy fixtures, dig ground, work at height beyond the canopy frame, or place equipment in a position that we judge to be unsafe. If part of a plan cannot be carried out safely, we will tell you and agree an alternative on the spot.
Tear down help is available on the same basis. Where tear down is not booked, equipment should be stacked, folded and gathered at the collection point so that the pickup can be completed within the agreed window.
8. Fees, Deposits and Payment
Our fees cover the hire of the equipment and the standard haul both ways. Any additional service, such as setup help, a longer hire period or a delivery outside our normal area, is quoted separately and shown on the hire list.
We may ask for a deposit to confirm a reservation and to secure the equipment for your date. A deposit is applied against the final balance, or refunded after the equipment is counted back in, depending on the arrangement confirmed for your booking.
The balance is due at the time stated on the hire list, which is normally before delivery. We accept the payment methods published on our contact page. Late payment may attract a reasonable administrative charge, and we may withhold delivery where a required payment has not been received.
9. Care of Hired Equipment
You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection. That means keeping it secure, using it for its intended purpose, and protecting it from loss, theft, misuse and unreasonable damage.
You should store tables and chairs under cover when they are not in use, keep canopies pinned down in accordance with the instructions we give, and avoid dragging equipment across rough ground. Linen should be kept away from open flame, hot surfaces and anything that could stain it permanently.
You must not sub-hire, lend, sell, alter or remove the equipment from the venue without our written agreement. If equipment is taken to a different location, the hire may be treated as a breach of these terms and additional charges may apply.
10. Loss, Damage and Replacement Charges
Ordinary wear from normal use is expected and is built into our pricing. Beyond that, you are responsible for loss, theft or damage that goes past fair wear, and we may charge the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
The charge for a lost or unreturnable item is its replacement cost, which takes into account the age and condition of the item. A damaged item may be charged at the cost of a repair or, where a repair is not sensible, at replacement cost. Missing items are charged at replacement cost.
We count equipment back in and will tell you plainly what is missing or damaged, with the amount of any charge explained. We do not profit from damage charges, and we retire equipment that is no longer safe rather than pass it to another host.
11. Cancellations and Changes
We understand that plans change. If you cancel or move a reservation, tell us as soon as you can so that we can release the equipment and offer the slot to another host.
A cancellation made well before the event may allow a deposit to be refunded or transferred. A cancellation made close to the delivery window may not, because the equipment has been reserved and the run has been planned. The specific terms for your booking are stated on the hire list.
If you reduce the quantity of equipment or cancel an optional service, we will adjust the price accordingly, provided the change is made before we load the truck. Changes made after loading may still attract the full charge for the affected items.
12. Weather and Outdoor Events
Cedar Valley weather can turn quickly, and outdoor events carry a risk that no rental house can remove. We will advise on sensible precautions for canopies and tents, but the final decision about erecting and using equipment in the open rests with you as the host.
Where high wind is forecast, we may recommend that a canopy remains lowered or that it is not used at all. If we judge that setting up or leaving a structure in place would be unsafe, we may decline to complete that part of the work and will explain why.
We are not responsible for an event that is affected by weather and we do not offer a weather guarantee. If severe weather forces a change to the plan, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we reasonably can to help.
13. Safety and Acceptable Use
Our equipment is designed for ordinary event use, such as seating guests, serving food and shading an area. It must not be used for a purpose for which it was not intended, including climbing, standing on tables, using chairs as ladders, or attaching anything structural to a canopy frame.
You are responsible for the safe conduct of your guests and for ensuring that children are supervised around tables, chairs, canopies and any hand truck supplied with the kit. We are not present at your event and cannot supervise its use.
If you become aware of a defect, a broken weld, a cracked seat or a damaged frame, stop using the item and tell us immediately. Continuing to use equipment that is damaged risks injury and may increase your responsibility for the outcome.
14. Intellectual Property
The text, layout, graphics and code of this website belong to Bout Ready Rentals, LLC or are used with permission, and they are protected by the intellectual property laws that apply. The name Bout Ready Rentals, LLC and the branding of the yard are our property.
You may view the website and print a page for your own planning, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute the content for a commercial purpose without our written agreement. You may not use our name or branding in a way that suggests a partnership that does not exist.
If you believe that something on our site infringes a right you hold, contact us with the details and we will review the matter promptly and act reasonably.
15. Website Use
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be free of interruption or error at all times. Content may change as our equipment list changes, and a description on the site is an invitation to enquire rather than a binding offer.
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, by introducing malicious code, by scraping content at scale, or by using the site in a way that interferes with its normal operation or with another person using it.
The contact form uses your own mail program to send a message and does not store your details on the website. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send, and you should not use the form to transmit sensitive information.
16. Liability and Its Limits
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud. Subject to that, the limits below apply.
To the extent the law allows, Bout Ready Rentals, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, for loss of opportunity, or for loss arising from an event being delayed, curtailed or affected by weather or by a cause outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability arising from a hire is limited to the total fee paid for that hire, except where a different limit is required by law. We are not liable for loss or damage to property belonging to you or your guests that is not caused by our negligence.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Bout Ready Rentals, LLC against a claim, loss or expense that arises from your breach of these terms, from your misuse of the equipment, or from injury or damage caused by a person at your event for whom you are responsible.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the claim, loss or expense was caused by our own negligence or by our failure to comply with these terms. It is intended to place responsibility where the control lies, which is with the host once the equipment has been delivered.
If a claim is made against us that may fall within this indemnity, we will tell you promptly and we will act reasonably in relation to the defence of the claim, including by giving you an opportunity to respond where that is appropriate.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end a reservation if you breach these terms, if a required payment is not made, if the information you gave us proves to be materially inaccurate, or if continuing the hire would put a person or our equipment at unreasonable risk.
Where we end a reservation for a reason within your control, any deposit may be retained to cover the loss of the slot and the cost of preparation already carried out. Where we end a reservation for a reason within our control, we will refund the amount paid for the equipment we did not provide.
Ending a reservation does not remove a responsibility that arose before it ended, including responsibility for equipment already in your care or for a charge that has already fallen due.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the applicable laws of the United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be dealt with by the courts that have jurisdiction over the place where the business is established, unless the law requires otherwise.
Before starting a formal step, we ask that you contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most questions about a count, a charge or a window can be settled with a short conversation, and we would rather find a fair answer than spend time on process.
If a dispute does proceed, the version of these terms in force at the time of the hire is the version that applies, and the written hire list for your booking forms part of the record.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect a change in our services, our pricing structure or the law that applies to us. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects an active hire, we will take reasonable steps to tell you before it takes effect.
A hire is governed by the terms in force when the reservation is confirmed, unless a change in the law requires otherwise or unless you agree to the updated terms for that booking. We will always tell you if an update changes something that matters to your hire.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply, and the unenforceable part will be read in the way that best reflects its original intention while remaining lawful.
21. How to Contact Us
If you have a question about these terms, a reservation, a charge or a collection, please contact the yard. We are a small local business and a person who knows the equipment will answer you.
